Light Instances are meant to a single aircraft owner or group, allowing to handle the booking of the aircraft and the billing to the pilots.
This is a full self-service system, in the rent price of the service no support is included, in case of issues, you may reset the system or restore a previous day backup. If you still require support, you will need to pay a support ticket.
After purchasing your instance, you will receive the login information via email.
